Like Logan, your client may have gained small defaults during university, but Bluestone ignores those defaults and will often approve loans based on affordability.


Freddy & Faith First-Home

Like Freddy and Faith, your clients may have been self-employed for less than three years but looking to buy their first home. In this case, Bluestone would accept one year’s accountants’ certificates or SA302’s to secure their offer.


Debbie Debts

If your customer is anything like Debbie, a divorce may have landed them in a tough spot financially with a lot of built-up debt which led to a few CCJs. Luckily at Bluestone Mortgages, we’ll allow Debbie to consolidate all of her debts by raising additional funds. We also allow up to 3 CCJs registered in the last 3 years.


Ronnie Remo

Every broker knows a Ronnie. He had multiple missed mortgage payments during the divorce proceedings and was looking to remortgage to pay off his ex-wife, raise capital to pay off his debt and borrow a little extra to build his dream kitchen. An affordability calculator makes it easy for you to make a decision in principle (DIP), and the online dashboard provides clear and accurate case information, as well as automatic updates. Plus, all communication is handled through Bluelink, giving you direct access to our underwriters and their feedback.
